• On inital arrival your accommodation will normally be available from 4pm (or earlier by prior arrangement).
• On day of departure guests are respectfully asked to vacate their rooms by 10.30am.

  To guarantee your booking a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £20.00 per room per night is required. This can be paid by credit card or switch and will be deducted from your final statement on arrival, if you wish to pay by cheque then the full amount is payable on booking.

  If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival date or do not take up your booking by midnight on the night of your first stay, you will be charged for the remainder of the booking value of the first nights stay.
